These terms govern the purchase and use of Amelqa products, a brand of Wafae Achrak (see the legal notice).

Who sells to you

Many products are sold through stores and platforms (Google Play, Gumroad, Etsy, Stripe as merchant of record, among others). In those cases the platform charges you, issues the invoice, handles taxes and also applies its own terms.

Prices

Prices are shown on each product page. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your country.

Delivery and updates

Delivery is immediate after payment. Updates to a product you own are free, forever.

Use

Use of each product is governed by its licence. Products are provided as is; we help by email if something does not work as described. Nothing we sell is medical, financial or legal advice.

Refunds

Liability

We are liable as required by applicable consumer law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights and courts granted by the law of your country of residence. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
